Interview with Julian Zero, DJ

Listening to, you mean like for beats? I like Annie Kwow, and Stingray, Ban Kodiak, and those guys from, what’s it, Prague, the Proggers. And Pep Danger, I’m playing with him at CoExpansion—Mister Minos, uh, no. He played at Silver Landings, yeah well I played there too, and they painted me on the wall, not him . . . I was still Kid Yello then. I changed my handle right before “Dancefloor”—It blew up, uh huh. Way way up. It’s not like anything I ever did before, it’s like beyond me. “Dancefloor” is about somebody totally special, somebody who—He knows who he is. He knows how I feel—What do I think about Ari Regon? I think Ari can do anything he wants. Quote that, say that I said that. Anything he wants.

JUIAN ZERO, “Dancefloor”/Endlessly Musik

When we dance

When we dance

You move like everything to me

On the dancefloor

On the dancefloor

I watch you sleep

I watch you sleep

You look like everything to me

On our dancefloor

On our dancefloor

When you smile

When you smile

You are everything to me

You’re the dancefloor

You’re the dancefloor

What do you think?
